Obama Power!

What an inspiration to young Black future leaders. It is really nice to see a president who is across the board. I think Obama, is one of my biggest role models!! Even though he has a few nay sayers, he caries the United States on his shoulders very well. What a beautiful Black man. His radiates from the inside out. I am so blessed to live during a time when I can see it. How do you think Obama's doing?

Refresh Everyday

You know what I have noticed is that we take things in our past and let them shape our future. This can be good and bad. I think that if you are smart you will either learn from your mistakes or learn from other peoples mistakes. You know, a good lesson that I have learned is that sometimes bad things can happen to you. Everyday you wake up you can choose to let those things affect you negitivly or you CAN take a possitive approach to each bad situation. Do you know, when this life gives me lemons. I will make some lemonade for myself and probably set up shop and see those same lemons and make a profit. That's right baby. To the bank. It feels good. This is only my second post so I am still talking to myself at this point. (HEE HEE) Tell me how you continue to overcome? What are some of those challeges that you have had? God Bless Your Day

Don't Stress The Mess

So I am a fairly new blogger with lots to share. Lots of experience. I think that God gave me so many experiences to share with the world in a way that will help. I have a very nurturing approach to my thoughts. I am a young black woman who has not been tarnished by the bad in this world. God covers each of my wounds. What a great healer. I would like to share with the world, because I believe that sometimes it just takes a possitive word to change a situation. It takes a good gesture to turn around bad feelings, and it takes just a glimmer of light to pierce the dark. Maybe even a little glimmer of black to pierce the light. (HEE HEE) Well anyway, welcome to my Blog. I ask God that I make some new friends and be a light for someone, like the many that I had that got me though.

It is the start of the week!! So you are at work or at school trying to make it though the day. What is your motivation? Does any one have any goals?
